Is the ramp suitable for my dog?

The ramp is primarily designed for small to medium-sized dogs and has a maximum supported weight of 60kg. Weight alone does not determine suitability: check the ramp dimensions, your furniture height and the space your dog needs to walk comfortably. Contact us if you’re unsure.

Does the ramp require assembly?

No assembly is required. The ramp arrives fully assembled and ready to use. A small hardware pack is included, containing an Allen key and a spare bolt, should they ever be needed.

Can the ramp be adjusted for different heights?

Yes. The ramp features four adjustable height settings: 34cm, 37cm, 41cm, and 44cm.

Is the surface slip-resistant?

Yes. Each ramp includes an anti-slip walking surface to provide added grip, stability, and confidence for your pet.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free UK delivery on all pet ramps.

Can I return the ramp if it’s not suitable?

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Please read our Returns Policy for the conditions, return process and information about return postage.

What’s the difference between Walnut and Weathered Grey?

Both ramps have the same features and height settings. Simply choose the finish that suits your home.
