Is the ramp suitable for large dogs?

The ramp is primarily designed for small to medium-sized dogs. While it is structurally rated to support dogs weighing up to 60kg, suitability depends on your dog’s size, breed, mobility, and the height of your furniture.

We recommend reviewing the full product dimensions, including ramp length, height, and reach, to ensure a safe and comfortable walking angle for your dog.

Does the ramp require assembly?

No assembly is required. The ramp arrives fully assembled and ready to use. A small hardware pack is included, containing an Allen key and a spare bolt, should they ever be needed.

Can the ramp be adjusted for different heights?

Yes. The ramp features four adjustable height settings: 34cm, 37cm, 41cm, and 44cm.

Is the surface slip-resistant?

Yes. Each ramp includes an anti-slip walking surface to provide added grip, stability, and confidence for your pet.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free UK delivery on all pet ramps.

Can I return the ramp if it’s not suitable?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
