Returns and refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
UK and EU cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without providing a justification. Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that the item has been sent back. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
