We recommend watching the full video walkthrough before unfolding or adjusting your ramp. It covers setup, height adjustment, and important safety guidance.

1. Carefully remove the ramp from the packaging.
2. Review the instruction guidance and setup information.
3. Familiarise yourself with the hardware pack.
4. Read the safety guidance before use.
5. Unfold the ramp and adjust the height using the locking knobs.
6. Ensure the ramp is placed on a stable, flat surface.
7. Allow your dog to familiarise themselves with the ramp gradually.

Safety note

Always supervise your dog during initial use and check that the ramp is securely positioned and locked at the chosen height before each use.
